Our areas of expertise are adolescents working on feelings of anxiety, depression, and mood regulation due to traumatic experiences, life stage transitions, and difficulty with primary support systems (family, friends, school, teams, etc). We also work with parents, couples, and families on building family intimacy, structure, and communication skills. 

Our approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. We integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, we work with each individual to build on their values and strengths to attain personal growth.
