LifePath, Inc. is a regional nonprofit based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operating in the field of Individual and Family Services. It traces its origins to 1974, when parents from the Pennridge area formed the organization to pursue more individualized care for their children with special needs; its early effort included the Ridge Crest pediatric facility in Sellersville to assist medically fragile and technology-dependent children, followed by the development of residential housing for adults with developmental disabilities as community-based supports evolved.

Today LifePath runs a network of programs and living arrangements across seven Pennsylvania counties (Bucks, Berks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton), including adult day services, vocational and intensive supports, a laundry training program, and outpatient psychiatric clinics open to the broader public. The organization maintains more than 100 community living arrangements and program sites and works with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities with a focus on advancing independence and self-worth. In 2023 LifePath announced a collaboration with The Care Collaborative to bring a program to fruition and supported the creation of a community enrichment center.
