Lake Agassiz Regional Library is a regional library system based in Moorhead, Minnesota, that connects residents to resources and experiences for learning and enrichment. It serves seven counties—Becker, Clay, Clearwater, Mahnomen, Norman, Polk and Wilkin—and maintains a network of branch libraries and LINK Sites across the region. The organization operates within the library sector as a service provider that extends access to books, programs, and digital resources beyond traditional library buildings. Its primary customers are the residents of the seven counties who rely on the system for literacy support, education, and community programming. In 2022, the library launched the LARL Student Card Program in partnership with Moorhead Area Public Schools to broaden student access to library resources.
