La Soupe, Inc. is a nonprofit based in Cincinnati, Ohio, that converts surplus ingredients into nutritious meals for people in need, coordinating chefs to prepare meals from ingredients that would otherwise go to waste. A Community Kitchen Program, launched in 2020, expanded the organization's work to address food insecurity that intensified during the pandemic. The organization partners with local agencies to deliver meals to vulnerable residents, including collaborations with Meals on Wheels and public health and community organizations in the Cincinnati region. One ongoing program, Cincy Freeze & Feed, offers free, nutritious meals for families through partnerships with the Cincinnati Health Department, Hamilton County ReSource, CareSource, and the Cincinnati Recreation Commission. In 2026, Miami Valley Meals joined La Soupe as a member of the Rescue Kitchen Network, a coalition led by Miami Valley Meals and Second Helpings.
