We do this while talking to our patients face-to-face, not from behind a computer monitor. We prefer the confidentiality of traditional medical record keeping. When it is necessary to communicate with your other healthcare providers, we will do so with either a personal phone call or letter. We are committed to keeping your personal information private. We recognize that recent changes in health care insurance have limited many of our patients' access to advanced treatment and high-quality care. In order to better serve those patients, we have developed an optional, private fee-for-service payment model.
