The Independence Business Alliance is a nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that serves LGBTQ+ businesses, professionals, and allies in the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region. As a membership-driven entity, it provides connections, opportunities, and resources to expand economic opportunities, advocate for inclusive spaces, and promote inclusive leadership. The alliance’s reach covers parts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, including Philadelphia and surrounding counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery in PA; Mercer, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem in NJ; and New Castle County in DE. It is an official affiliate of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). In September 2025, the organization was named National LGBTQ+ Chamber of the Year.
