Innovative Communication and Strategies LLC (InCoStrat) WHAT WE DO: We are a communications and media consultancy that provides a customised end-to-end service for government and private clients: we specialise in strategic campaign planning, narrative development, message distribution and feedback generation in support of policymaking. We operate in challenging environments, communicating with hard-to-reach populations, including in Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Pakistan. We also have extensive experience in North and West. We work with a range of issues including: political and military strategic communications, counter-extremism, counter-terrorism, post-conflict recovery, conflict mitigation, stabilisation, reconstruction and development. HOW WE DO IT: We take a fully integrated approach to communications: we work across government departments, as well as with private enterprise and NGOs, to maximise the impact of the full range of available diplomatic, military, commercial and humanitarian levers to achieve a given policy objective. We rely on collaboration, creativity and integrity to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems in challenging environments. We see diversity and technology as key success factors: we build bespoke teams to achieve first-class results and use technological innovation to create force multipliers. WHO WE ARE: Our wider team consists of international project managers with extensive government (diplomatic, military and development) and private sector experience, who lead and train specialised local teams in and/or near theatres of conflict and transition. We have proven track records of designing and delivering complex communications and media projects in conflict and post-conflict environments.
