Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI) is a Chicago-based organization in the public policy arena focused on advancing health justice through equitable policy, systems, and institutional change. Recent developments include a collaboration with the CDC to deliver technical assistance through Illinois’ State Physical Activity and Nutrition program, in partnership with the Illinois Department of Public Health. The institute has also supported multi-state efforts such as DASH with its Michigan counterpart and CHCS, and helped launch the Chicago Regionwide Community Information Exchange with 4medica to improve care coordination.
