We champion reforms to address Illinois’ most critical economic issues. With more than $250 billion in unfunded government-worker pension liabilities, the top tax burden in the nation, and businesses and taxpayers fleeing in record numbers to other states, Illinois desperately needs a comeback story.

Our research and policy solutions are written through the lens that the free market is the greatest force for good in the human sphere.
