Hui Huliau is a Hawaii-based group of companies operating in the executive offices space, structured as a nonprofit Native Hawaiian Organization with for-profit subsidiaries. It seeks to strengthen communities and advance Native Hawaiian language and culture through education and economic opportunities, while delivering innovative solutions and reliable contract performance for clients on large, multinational engagements. In its first five years, the organization grew from a startup to a trusted provider with a workforce described as highly experienced across multiple disciplines, and profits from its Small Business and SBA-certified 8(a) entities support its nonprofit activities. Its 8(a) designation enables affiliated for-profit companies to pursue DoD sole-source contracts up to $100 million. Based in Hawaii National Park, Hawaii, the group appointed Terry Clark as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026 to oversee all for-profit entities.
