As an Odoo Partner in the United States that focuses solely on Odoo, Hibou is dedicated to growing and contributing to the Odoo community. We actively open source our work, which includes:

- US Payroll for Odoo: Hibou developed US payroll for Odoo and currently supports all federal withholdings as well as the following states: Virginia, Ohio, Missouri, and Florida.
- Payroll Timesheet Add-On: This module automatically gathers any approved timesheet attendances and adds a worked day line with the real worked days and time. Also adds a field on employee contracts under 'Wage' for 'Paid Hourly' to be used by Payroll Salary Rules.
- HR Payroll Holidays: This module handles paid time off by bringing over approved leaves within the payslip period and, upon confirmation of the payslip, marks the leaves as ‘Reported in Last Payslip’.
- Payslip Payments: This module brings over the ‘Register Payment’ button onto pay slips and uses your existing payment methods, so you can quickly and easily record payments. Also brings over filtering options for payslips that still need to be paid.
- NewRelic for Odoo: Spot performance problems before they spot you with NewRelic!
- ShipBox: The only open source, enterprise shipping solution for Odoo that integrates scales and thermal printers into the shipping workflow!

We also have extensive experience with Odoo connectors, from contributing to the Magento connector to writing the Walmart connector.
