Heartland Independent Living Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities live independently and with dignity in East-central Missouri. Based in Owensville, Missouri, the center operates as a non-residential, community-based program that offers a broad range of services designed to improve daily living and independence, often at no cost to the client.
