Its customer base includes industrial buyers for its product lines as well as consumer-oriented pool retailers and service professionals for pool products. In early 2024, Haviland announced the launch of a flagship laboratory on Ann Street in Grand Rapids, developed in partnership with Erhardt Construction Co. and Progressive AE.
