The Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce & Industry serves the civic and business community of Newburyport, Massachusetts. It was founded in 1966 by local business leaders to support urban renewal and development efforts, including the multi-decade restoration of downtown and the waterfront. The chamber also helped convert three dormant farms into an industrial park that now hosts close to 70 businesses, employing more than 3,000 people and generating a payroll above $95 million.

Today, it counts more than 750 members across industries—from manufacturing and retail to finance, professional services, and nonprofit or civic organizations—making it one of the largest chambers in the Commonwealth. Its mission centers on supporting member success and sustainable economic development in harmony with the communities it serves, with ongoing activities in networking and community-building; for example, it participated in a ribbon-cutting for Precision Pilates in 2025.
