The Friend Group is a unique investment firm comprised of a team of industry professionals that make private equity investments in small to medium sized companies in the consumer packaged goods industry (CPG). Our goal is to grow through acquisition by identifying branded/private label CPG companies that have a defendable position and strong differentiation in their categories. The Friend Group will provide resources and a professional, hands-on management team with deep cross functional experience to help drive future growth and development.

Investment Criteria

The Friend Group is searching for consumer packaged goods companies with the following characteristics: 
•	Proven track record of success sustained over time
•	Differentiated consumer proposition 
•	Defendable market position
•	Strong potential for future growth
•	EBITDA of at least $500,000 (preferred)
