Freight Scouts is the non-asset transportation brokerage division of PBD Worldwide, a provider with a four-decade track record in outsourced fulfillment for retailers, corporations, and nonprofits worldwide. The division arranges freight for truckload, less-than-truckload, and parcel shipments, and its services either complement PBD's warehousing and fulfillment or operate independently for shippers seeking transportation savings. By matching shipments to appropriate carrier partners and managing costs, it aims to deliver reliable service at competitive prices.

Freight Scouts serves clients across the transport and logistics spectrum, addressing both routine and time-sensitive needs such as trade show deliveries. In the broader industry, it functions as a broker that does not own assets, focusing on optimizing carrier selection within the transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage space. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Freight Scouts emerged as the brokerage arm of PBD Worldwide, which has supported outsourced fulfillment for many years.
