With the goal of making people’s lives better, it was easy for Tyson Ray and Luke Kuchenberg to team up and co-found FORM Wealth Advisors in 2001. Being close personal friends since childhood, they developed a shared vision to launch an independent, holistic practice that could help clients not only manage their wealth, but to help their clients and their family plan to achieve their life goals. Through the past 20 years of serving our clients, the team at FORM Wealth Advisors has adopted three ways of communicating our guidance to the people we serve.

As a coach, we engage clients to discuss what they want out of life in order to effectively plan for their future endeavors.

As a teacher, we educate our clients about the limited resources of time, energy, and money by providing truthful information experienced perspective.

As an advocate we seek to motivate clients to live the life that they desire.
