For Our Future is a mid-sized political organizing nonprofit and PAC based in Washington, DC. It operates as a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC to empower people in battleground states and districts to organize their communities and advocate for government that works for everyone. It maintains a continuous, scalable field program that trains volunteers, organizers, and canvassers to conduct neighbor-to-neighbor conversations online and in person about issues affecting working families. Its approach relies on data-driven testing and analysis across election cycles to persuade and mobilize supporters and to drive participation in elections. Guided by a board including AFSCME, AFT, NEA, and SEIU, the organization emphasizes building capacity in battleground states and scaling its operations as priorities shift.
