For Our Future is a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC that empowers people in battleground states and districts to organize their communities, build progressive power, and fight for a government that works for everyone. We are a year-round, scalable organizing program with an outsized impact, training volunteers, organizers, and canvassers to have neighbor-to-neighbor, friend-to-friend conversations—online and in person—about issues that matter to working families.

We use proven and innovative strategies—testing and analyzing data every election cycle—to help people persuade and mobilize their friends and neighbors, driving participation in every election. For Our Future invests year-round in well-trained community organizers and canvassers, building lasting capacity in battleground states, and scaling when and where the need is greatest. Guided by a board that includes  AFSCME, AFT, NEA, and SEIU, our structure allows us to move quickly, adapt to changing conditions, and ensure every dollar raised goes straight into the organizing programs that deliver results. We reach voters where they are, having real conversations online and at the door. From there, we help people take deeper action: recruiting friends, volunteering, and leading local teams. Because we use non-election years to strengthen our capacity, earn community trust, and refine our strategies, we are uniquely positioned to grow in election years. 

Our model allows us to scale quickly, adjust targets as priorities shift, train state teams effectively, and deliver measurable results. When national campaigns need trusted capacity, they turn to us. This has enabled us to win local, state, and federal elections, advance ballot initiatives, and implement policies that make a
difference.
