Flynn + Sweeney was formed in 2009 by founding Partners, Ryan Flynn and John Sweeney.  Each began their careers at international accounting firms prior to joining forces.  In May 2015, Flynn + Sweeney expanded service offerings and their footprint into California by adding Rory Flynn as a Partner.  Prior to joining Flynn + Sweeney, he worked with a top five accounting and consulting firm as their west region compliance leader.

Flynn + Sweeney offers businesses and individuals the expertise of a large accounting firm at reasonable, smaller firm rates.  We have offices located in Des Moines, Iowa and San Francisco, California; however, work with clients throughout the United States as well as internationally.

Our primary clientele are entrepreneurs, individuals, non-profits, financial institutions and businesses in a variety of industries, including technology, distribution, entertainment, manufacturing, financial products, professional services and retail.
