Specializing in Agricultural land brokerage and other Commercial real estate endeavors, our family-like group of land professionals comprise a dedicated team of professionals who offer many years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry.

Owner and broker Reed Fischbach brings over a decade of accumulated knowledge and skill, constantly surveying the land brokerage.  Reed brings a lot to the table: a respect for agricultural producers and their knowledge of developing the land, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and numerous years of land brokerage experience. He started Fischbach Land Company in 2008 to cultivate his life-long mission of understanding real estate and to pass that knowledge on to other property owners.

Together, we offer the support and the market knowledge needed to assist clients in achieving their goals.  We know what’s needed to make a project profitable, how to gather and deliver all the aspects necessary to satisfy the requirements of government agencies and how to bring a project together successfully.
