We serve as 401k Consulting Specialists and Private Wealth Management Advisors for business owners, executives, and retirees of companies located throughout the Mid Atlantic region of the country. Our primary mission is twofold:  (1) To establish policies, procedures and documentation for those who serve as Plan Fiduciaries in order to assist in the fulfillment of their responsibilities, while seeking to minimize the inherent liabilities and (2) to assist individuals and families in managing and growing their investment assets, as well as helping them build a successful financial plan to address their retirement, estate, and succession planning objectives.  We accomplish all of the above by adhering to a strictly defined process.
