We operate across London’s local authorities under contract arrangements as a preferred supplier/ framework provider for the provision of temporary accommodation and leaving care services, private sector leasing, Nightly Lets, Hotels, Hostels, HMO’s and Asylum.

We lease property of all types from private sector owners and manage these properties on behalf of Local Authorities.  Our management services include all housing and tenancy management, young person support services, placements, cancellations, void management, repairs,  maintenance and inspections programmes as well as legal and possession proceedings. 

We work with thousands of Landlords and Investors to deliver successful investments whilst increasing portfolio values. We handle many different types of property, both large and small, from single apartments to entire blocks, from single properties to large portfolios with many properties spanning large areas.  Our client base has been predominately developed through recommendation, strong service and excellent customer service.
