Evolutions Medical & Day Spa operates in downtown Santa Barbara as the city's largest medical spa and the only facility that combines medical and day spa services, integrating clinical aesthetic treatments with spa experiences. The offering spans medical aesthetic procedures—Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, chemical peels, acne treatments, and skin rejuvenation with laser and light therapies—alongside day spa services such as massage, facials, waxing, and body scrubs and wraps. Founded in 2005 by Santa Barbara cosmetic surgeon Dr. Terry J. Perkins, the spa remains closely tied to his family, with his son and wife actively involved in day-to-day operations. It also offers a line of home care products curated by Dr. Perkins for their therapeutic value, and has earned local recognition, including Best Medical Spa in polls since 2007 and a place on USA Today's 2014 10 Best list for Santa Barbara.
