We work with parents to develop individualize solutions to children's sleep problems.  We teach children to sleep through the night and nap well without needing parents to come back over and over to help them fall back to sleep.  Most of all, we DO NOT tell parents to just leave them to cry it out.  We always recommend a gentler, more loving approach.

Our coaches have specialized training in child development, recognition of medical conditions that affect sleep, gentle sleep coaching, the affect of post-partum-depression on the child's sleep, working with multiples, and how sleep needs change wiith age
