Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) is a non-profit, membership-based organization for established entrepreneurs, headquartered at 500 Montgomery Street, Suite 700, Alexandria, Virginia, United States. It was founded in 1987 by a group of young pioneers who created a membership community for entrepreneurs with a proven track record, and has since grown into a global network. EO connects about 18,000 entrepreneurs from every sector, generation, culture, and walk of life across more than 80 countries through local chapters and a global community focused on belonging, connection, and peer learning. The organization runs programs and events such as the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards and the EO Accelerator program, and has pursued regional expansions and borderless chapters. In 2024 EO appointed Jamie Pujara as Global Board Chair and Dave Parker as chief executive officer, and in 2026 it launched a borderless chapter for founders and first-generation entrepreneurs.
