Enalees is a biotechnology company based in Évry, Île-de-France, that develops and markets lyophilized molecular diagnostic tests for animal health in Europe. It specializes in rapid, simple, and reliable veterinary tests designed to diagnose infectious diseases in dogs, cats, and horses. The company also leverages its lyophilization expertise to offer development services for other sectors, including health, agriculture, and the environment. Enalees has signaled an ambition to relocate the creation and production of rapid molecular diagnostic tests to France, underpinned by its demonstrated capability through a Covid-19 screening test developed with French partners. Its increased production capacity supports assay development and lyophilized product manufacturing for partner projects. In recent years, it has launched new offerings such as the Rhéa vector-borne diseases panel, with updates expanding detection to additional pathogens, and has pursued distribution partnerships in Europe.
