Although these lenses are named as distinct, we never consider them separate from one another. Some examples of each of these lenses are provided below.

For the lens of self we utilize: agreed upon assessments like MBTI and EQ, reflective processes, executive coaching, and in Executive Leadership Foundations a dialogue partner for the length of the program.
