Our Roots Run Deep. I'm Dave Feast and as the founder of Elite, I’m proud to say that I built my company from the ground up. I began as a young college student, towing my lawnmower behind my bike. My clients loved my reliable end-to-end service and business boomed. But to continue to provide meticulous property care, I needed an outstanding team to help me grow. I sought employees that shared my work ethic and exemplary service mindset, and I’ve prioritized them every step of the way. Together, we’ve built a culture of flexibility and balance where everyone thrives.
