About Us: We are EAT Marketplace, and we are a local eatery that takes ‘farm to table’ a few steps further: farm to table as pharmacy. We believe in nutritious food as medicine, that it should be damn delicious, and that everyone should have access to it. We have found that this connection between culinary arts, agriculture, and healthcare results in good, clean, and ethical food that serves the human body and our communities at large.
