The East of England Agricultural Society is a long-standing charitable organization focused on promoting agriculture and rural life in the East of England. It is based in Peterborough at the East of England Showground and operates as a registered charity. The Society maintains a membership open to individuals and organizations, supporting its objectives within the farming sector and rural communities. It runs a year-round programme of events, including evening talks, conferences and dinners, as well as the Kids Country educational outreach initiative.

In addition to its events activity, the Society manages the Marshal Papworth Trust, a fund that supports agricultural education in developing countries, and operates a Scholars Programme to help members attend courses and events. Its work targets both its local membership and the broader agricultural industry and rural way of life. Founded in 1797, the organization sits within the farming sector and serves as a regional hub for education and engagement. In September 2023, the Society launched the Scholars Programme with £30,000 in awards to support career development.
