e-shelter security has been planning and implementing security and facility management solutions since 2003. Our solutions guarantee ultimate reliability and process efficiency. We combine state-of-the-art technologies from video surveillance and analytics, access management, fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems, as well as perimeter and Intrusion protection. We also automate processes such as visitor management and on-site logistics. 

From drawing up a technical and organizational concept, through planning and implementation, to operating and servicing a system, our integrated customer care is unrivaled. We provide engineering services for all work phases compliant with the German processes for architects and engineers (HOAI), including basic evaluation, preliminary and design planning, execution planning and building inspection during construction. Customers also benefit from our international experience of securing e-shelter data centers, as well as other high-security properties.

In addition to technical services for security and building technology systems, e-shelter delivers innovative campus and security services from various locations in Germany. These solutions will be tailored to our customers’ needs. As an operator, we are also responsible for intervention with our qualified security guards. For monitoring purposes and as an alarm provider (VdS 3138), we have our own Alarm Receiving Center (ARC, pursuant to DIN EN 50518) and several certified Alarm Monitoring Centers (AMC) with multi-redundant 24/7 availability for our numerous customers.
