As a clinical practice based in Austin, TX, Dr. Tania Glenn and Associates, PA provides counseling, consultation, and training in the mental health arena. Tania Glenn and Associates along with the Trauma Defense Team, is dedicated to serving the mental health needs of individuals and families, our community, and national clients through the use of effective, appropriate, and proven interventions.

Dr. Tania Glenn and the Associates (TGA) provide several therapeutic specialties including adult, couples, family, and children’s play therapy. The clinical practice works with many public safety officials and first responders across the nation at local, state and federal levels.  TGA has one office location  in Austin, TX but is fully deployable across the contiguous forty-eight states.

As a deployable component of Dr. Tania Glenn and Associates, PA, the Trauma Defense Team (TGT) provides consulting and training in critical incident response and peer support.  This team works mainly with homeland defense and security professionals with a nexus to critical incidents and/or PTSD.  The TDT replaced the former TGA Readiness Action Division or RAD.

TGA-TDT staff received certification in group and individual critical incident stress management from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.
