Douglas Dynamics was incorporated in 1977 in Milwaukee, where it remains headquartered today. It maintains a sizeable workforce across North America. In November 2025, the company acquired the assets of Venco Venturo Industries LLC, expanding its product portfolio through the Venco Venturo assets.
