Detailresult B.V. is voortgekomen uit Detailresult Groep N.V. De supermarktformules Dirk van den Broek en DekaMarkt hebben besloten meer diensten in hun eigen formules te gaan opbouwen, om zo meer autonomie te verkrijgen over hun processen. Dit om de formules zelfstandiger, scherper en meer onderscheidend te kunnen positioneren. Detailresult Groep N.V. is juridisch gesplitst op 25 maart 2023. Voorheen verzorgde de bakkerij en slagerij van Detailresult Productie de productie van onderscheidende en kwalitatief hoogwaardige versproducten. Inmiddels zijn de supermarkten hier zelf verantwoordelijk voor. Ook verzorgde Detailresult Logistiek met distributiecentra op verschillende locaties en een eigen transportorganisatie, de gehele logistiek voor de supermarktformules. De logistieke operatie is inmiddels gesplitst en overgedragen aan de supermarktformules. Detailresult Services leverde tot slot ook diensten op het gebied van HR, ICT en Finance. Deze diensten zijn inmiddels geoutsourt en/of teruggebracht naar de supermarktformules. Momenteel levert Detailresult nog hoogwaardige en kostenefficiënte diensten op het gebied Data Management. Deze afdeling zal op een later moment gesplitst worden naar Dirk van den Broek en DekaMarkt, waarna Detailresult zal ophouden te bestaan.
