Crossroads Continuum is a nonprofit organization in the individual and family services sector that supports people with autism and related disorders across the lifespan. It began in 2002 as a school offering individualized education and related services, and it now provides personalized, evidence-based supports in homes, communities, and other settings. The organization is based in Hudson, Massachusetts, and operates as a mid-sized nonprofit serving diverse settings.

Its programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals and their families by delivering services that are tailored to personal goals and circumstances. All offerings are grounded in evidence-based practices and extended beyond a single program to support daily living and development over time. In July 2023, Amelia 'Lia' Spiliotes was appointed chief executive officer, bringing leadership experience from her previous role as CEO of Community Health Programs in Berkshire County.
