The Council of Institutional Investors (CII) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association that brings together corporate, public and union employee benefit funds and endowments to advance governance practices in U.S. companies and protect shareholder rights. It serves as a policy-focused voice, educating members on governance best practices and enabling interaction with peers, policymakers and investment executives.
