The Competitive Enterprise Institute is a non-profit public policy organization focused on limiting government, promoting free markets, and protecting individual liberty. Its work combines scholarly research with policy advocacy; researchers publish studies and CEI then designs media campaigns to present policy proposals to policymakers, opinion leaders, and grassroots groups.
