Community Health Centers of Oklahoma operates six federally qualified health centers in Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, and Pottawatomie Counties. We provide quality primary healthcare and other health-related services including dental clinics at three of our locations. We accept most major insurances and see uninsured patients with minimum copay and sliding-fee-scale based on income and family size. We also operate the Central Oklahoma Healthy Start Initiative which is a program to reduce infant mortality that provides prenatal and parenting classes as well as case management services.
