Community Consulting Services provides training and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations and all types of community groups.  We specialize in community leadership development and coalition building.  We help groups work together more effectively to improve quality of life and well-being, with a goal of creating healthier communities.  

Ms. Krom has worked in the community development field since 1990 with nonprofit organizations, neighborhood groups, schools, youth groups, community coalitions and government.  Her experience includes urban and rural community organizing.  She has a Masters Degree in Community Leadership Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She strongly believes in the power of people working together to improve their school, community and/or workplace.
