Commercial Valuation Consultants, Inc. was founded in June, 2002 by Rodman Schley, MAI (President), and Patrick Walsh (Vice President). CVC will begin a national expansion throughout the United States in 1st Quarter 2015, seeking to add an additional 12 MSAs to its service area. CVC’s success has been a direct result of producing high-quality appraisal reports, and working extremely hard to provide the highest level of client satisfaction.
