Cognitive Box Consulting LLC, founded in 2010 in the USA, is a wholly owned affiliate of Cognitive Box Consulting Ltd, founded in 2002 in the UK. Our company consists of a team of business and technical consultants who advise organizations on how to gain sustainable and competitive advantage through the exploitation of their customer information.We call this key corporate asset “Customer Intelligence”. 

We are a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting firm, which helps our clients derive business value and cost savings from their Customer Intelligence.
