The Coalition of Communities of Color is a Portland, Oregon-based nonprofit focused on advancing racial justice through cross-cultural collective action. Its work seeks to reduce socioeconomic disparities, counter institutional racism, and address inequities in services affecting families, children, and communities of color, with the goal of organizing for social change that supports self-determination, wellness, justice, and prosperity.
