Coaching4Change is a nonprofit based in Taunton, Massachusetts that engages college students to support low-income K-12 districts, aiming to broaden pathways to student success and build a pipeline of future educators. The program pairs local, diverse college volunteers with school improvement initiatives to boost student engagement and improve school culture and climate, under the supervision of professional educators. The model was developed by CEO Marquis Taylor and co-founder Pete Berman over the past decade.

Partnerships are tailored to each school's needs and can be implemented during the day, after school, or in vacation time, with both virtual and in-person experiences. C4C co-designs the placement experiences with school leadership teams and then provides ongoing support to students, school leaders, and supervisors throughout the partnership.
