City Career Fair produces over 30+ Diversity Employment Day Career Fairs and Diversity Practitioners' Round tables each year across the nation to provide recruiters access to the United States' largest pool of diverse qualified professionals. It is the only career fair that targets and delivers candidates from all classes covered under the Title VII Civil Rights Act of 1964, including Multicultural/Bilingual workers, People with Disabilities, Women, LGBT, Veterans and Mature Workers.  Diversity Career Fairs are held annually in most major cities, where the Mayor, Governor and/or County have over the past 15 years proclaimed the day of the Career Fair "Diversity Employment Day".
