Cascade Financial Strategies is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) registered with the state of Oregon. Through this entity, fee-based investment management and financial planning is provided. 

Fee-Based Planning

When a client enters into a financial planning or investment management agreement with Cascade Financial Strategies, the advice rendered will not include transaction charges for the purchase of investment or insurance products. Most fees are based on the amount of assets that are managed or on the scope of the financial planning that is accomplished. By conducting fee-based rather than transaction-based business, clients can be confident that their best interests are upheld and shared by their financial planner.
