Cardinal Engineering Corporation is a full service Civil/Environmental Engineering and Land Surveying firm that has been serving the tri-state area since 1968.  Our clientele include residential, commercial, solid waste, institutional, and industrial owners/developers, as well as federal, state, county, and local municipal governments.  We are proud that the overwhelming majority of our clients are repeat clients.

Our surveyors utilize the latest technology, such as LiDAR drones, GPS, total stations, and robotic total stations to provide our clients with the information that they require in an accurate and timely manner. The surveying team is available to serve our clients from the early stages of a project providing ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, and field topo surveys through the construction and as-built phase of a project where we understand it is critical to be prepared react to quickly to client and contractor requests.
