California Market Center (CMC) operates as a non-residential real estate hub in Los Angeles, offering showroom and office space for fashion, textile, and creative businesses. The center provides spaces and experiences that support connection, creativity, and collaboration, reflecting its history as the West Coast’s first wholesale fashion mart and a 2021 relaunch after a $250 million transformation into an architecturally award-winning, mixed-use complex.

Its showroom and office tenants include major brands across apparel and lifestyle, with examples such as Adidas, Levi's, Free People, and Stella McCartney Kids. CMC hosts a range of industry tradeshows and events, including LA Market Week, LA Textile Show, LA Kids Market, Playtime, Texworld, and Interfiliere, as well as public programs like Create & Cultivate and VinylCon. In 2022, Vegan Fashion Week partnered with CMC to present Vegan World, illustrating the center’s role as a venue for specialized industry events.
