Most other brokers give you 3 years of partial tax returns and 3 years of partial financial statements and no calculations or analysis of the business 9. Business Acquisitions will Co-Broker with other business brokers. Most other brokers would rather hold on to the listing for a longer time and not share their commission 10. We do all we can so that your transaction closes in a timely fashion Our ideal clients are business owners of profitable companies with a revenue of $200k to $20MM per year, have been in business for at least 3 years, and are looking to sell at a defensible price the market can bear.
