Burke Center for Youth is a Texas-based organization in the individual and family services sector that operates three divisions focused on the well-being and futures of children and youths. Its programs include a residential treatment facility for boys aged 11-17, a Child Placement Agency that facilitates foster care and adoption across the state, and Transition Homes that support young men aging out of foster care with ongoing therapy, life skills, and education opportunities. The center aims to help children rebuild their lives and break cycles of abuse by providing therapy, education, and structured, supportive environments as they pursue stable placements and independent living. Founded in 1973 on a Driftwood ranch, Burke Center has grown to serve multiple roles within its mission, and remains active in community events and outreach in Central Texas.
